Stanley Rule & Level Type 4 No 25 6 Inch Adjustable Bevel Square. This weighs 3 oz unboxed. This is a Type 4 and was made by Stanley between 1907 and 1909. Edmund A. Schade of New Britain, CT was granted Pat. No. 769,325 on Sept. 6, 1904 for features used on this tool. This is in reasonably good condition and was cleaned. The blade has some frosting around the slot, but still has most of the original bluing. The edges and corners are crispy. The handle also has all of the original finish, except on the brass. There is one tiny spot of glue of something on the back. The locking screw works. This ain't pristine, but considering the age of the tool, it's pretty darn close. A great collectible Stanley tool for sure!
