You are bidding on a T-2 Mount Adapter for a Minolta Camera with a typical A or ZA (Zeiss A) Mount Bayonet style for any Minolta AF or Sony A  camera Digit Single Lens  Reflex "DSLR"camera.
The following is  a list of cameras using this bayonet: Minolta AF Maxxum a5D and Maxxum a7D, Sony a100 ,a200 ,a300 ,a350 ,a450 ,a500 ,a550, a560, a580 ,a700 ,a77 ,a850 ,and a900

The additional microscope  adapter sleeves
slide on the male relay lens end to give you a total of three sizes 23.2  (no adapter used) ,30, and 30.5 mm  for insertion  into a standard camera port, or trinocular, microscope or macroscope  eyepiece.  See example pictures below.
This is a relay lens mounted on a Sony A   2.0x lens. The Minolta AF uses the same T2 for both cameras. This is  because Sony bought the Minolta line.
This is an example of a 1.0x relay lens being unscrewed from the bayonet  mount.  You are actually purchasing a 2.0x relay lens as shown  above.  The relay lens has a standard one inch  (25.4 mm)  diameter, with 32 threads per inch designated as "1-32 UN 2A". This is  the thread that most digital cameras use for scientific applications.
Sliding on one of the sleeves allows you to change from the standard Trinocular camera port to a Microscope or Macroscope eyepiece insertion when a camera port is not an  option .  (picture is actually of a 1.0x relay lens)

A standard inch diameter camera port  being used to attach to the  2.0 relay relay lens, bayonet and camera .   The actual insertion diameter is 23.2mm on the trinocular port.

The first group do not have "Live Screen View"  my suggestion is that you only use cameras with live view due to  focusing

Besides the Sony A mount cameras Minolta AF Maxxum a5D and Maxxum  a7D use this same mount.  This is because Minolta was bought  out by Sony.  And the original mount was a ZA (Zeiss A Mount)
Starting with  a350 all cameras have "Live screen View"
Sony a350, a380, a390, a450, a500, a550, a560, a580 ,a700 ,a77,  a77II  ,a850 ,and a900.
Warning ! Do not confuse the  Sony alpha NEX  Which uses the "E" mount.  Sony really messed  this system up.  Its a translation thing. α and A are the same  letter in Japanese. If you need more clarification Email me.
