The photographs do not do this item justice. It is much better in person. The quality is excellent. A jewelry manufacture must have made this piece because it is correct and lovely.
It is made with metal and real glass rhinestones.
It was made between the 1930s and 1950s. It was used possibly in a stage play or theater. The handle has a lot of patina as if somebody had their hands on it yet the piece is in excellent condition with only one stone missing at the very top.
The one other issue is the patina. Some of the rhinestones are dark and you could see the dark color behind the stones. To make this thing look like something a queen would have, all it would need is to be professionally cleaned. And to add that one missing rhinestone which looks pretty common and could be found easily.
The piece is built sturdy and nice yet should be handled with care. It’s truly a wonderful piece. If you are an upcoming bride and want to become queen… This is your wand. Or maybe a princess… Definitely… Or maybe a good witch like the one in the Wizard of Oz.
One thing I will guarantee you is this is not a cheap knock off . It is a genuine vintage wand that was made with care. Vintage craftsmanship. It looks wonderful. My suggestion would be to be careful with it.
