You are bidding on a 28mm Leica Microscope Phototube with corrective  tube for APS-C Sensor size or smaller to EOS bayonet mount for a Canon EOS  and a EOS M DSLR or MILC  camera. The Adapter uses a Standard ISO 28mm (1.1 inch) diameter insertion end to phototube on microscope.
*Also available  in ISO 38, 37,and 42 mm.  Please text me if the trinocular port is  different than 28mm*
This is the piece you are bidding on fully assembled. From left to right. A Canon bayonet EOS  mount, extension tube, and an ISO 28 mm adapter.
The device is designed to insert into any Microscope which contains a 28mm photoport (right side of picture) . The opposite side contains a corrective extension tube to eliminate  picture framing for camera sensor size APS-C or smaller,  ending with the bayonet mount for a Canon EOS or a EOS M series camera.

Instructions for using the EOS-M 1 through 6 with Microscopes  and Telescopes
I'm Not sure how it is labeled on the EOS-M  models, but there are 2 different settings that can prevent the  shutter from firing without a Lens attached.
1. Set the Camera  Mode to "M" (Manual). Required on most or all Cameras used on  telescopes or microscopes.
2. Check the menus  for a setting such as "Release w/o Lens", "Release Shutter  without Lens", "Shoot without Lens" or other similar wording.  Enable that setting and it should solve your problem.
Shown on an ISO 28mm camera port on a  Leica microscope with a DSLR camera. (camera & microscope not included in this  package)
