    Description

    Early Navajo rug blanket Native American textile weaving Red Mesa Huge runner, feathers pattern .
    Circa 1920's
    Rug is 54" X 136".
    Great tight weave, handspan wool.
    Condition : Minor stains, minor fading, minor bleeding, some old repairs, some wefts visible.
    I was recently consigned the estate of Margaret and Turner Branch, world renowned collectors of Native American art. I will be selling their collection in the next few months. Highest quality Navajo textiles, moccasins, jewelry and fine art will be sold.
