New- appears to have never been used.
There are some nicks in the graphic of the dog and very tiny pinpoint nicks in the letters and the heart please see pictures. There is a hairline black line going down the right middle part of the heart. The scratches and lines on letters and heart can only be seen when looked at carefully.
Some faint black lines on the curved part of the mug (hard to see), there is a dark spot on the bottom area of the handle of the mug. Please see pictures.
Also some slight wear on the bottom of the mug rim
3.5" tall  to 3" diameter approximately
