    In 2011 Communications Administrations — members of RCC signed the Agreement on issuing postage stamps of RCC subjects. These stamp issues are notable for using the emblem of RCC in their design. The first issue of RCC subjects was the stamp “20th anniversary of RCC” (2011), the second — 2 stamps of the series “Belarusian national clothes” (2012), the third was the stamp “History of national communications” (2013) and the fourth stamp was “Winter sports. Biathlon” (2014). The stamp “Architectural monuments of capitals. Church of Saints Simon and Helena” is the series continuation of stamps issue on RCC subjects.
