    ue to Ebay/Pay Pal Fees and time spent listing and shipping the item, we are not looking for offers on our items that are lower than the accepted offer price on the listing of 18.49. Because Ebay keeps changing our listings without our consent to accept offers at low prices, we have to do this. Hope this explains why offer price is close to listing price.
    About 11 x 9 inches, VG well preserved condition, there are a few very minor small scrapes/scuffs/area of wear present
    (the ones on forehead and neck can be seen in 7th photo)
    but don't take away from the beauty of this item , This is definitely from the 1980's and might have been like a carnival giveaway or something like that. We couldn't even find another listed on ebay, we have no idea who the manufacturer was. We have other similar ones that we will be listing of 1980's artists, so it was a series. A woman brought them into our store and said they belonged to her late husband who had them for years.
